MINILIFT - LIFT OF THE BOTTOM OF THE FACE – CERVICOFACIAL LIFT

Since the appearance of “BOTOX”, a forehead lift is virtually never done any more.
The fixed points of the face are the centre of the forehead, the nose, mouth, chin (median line), and the ears (laterally). Between these points, the skin tends to sag with age and gravity. A lift will serve to raise these areas again.
The incisions are always made around the ears (following the shape of the earlobe so that they are virtually invisible).
Any excess skin will be removed (often 2 cm!) and the skin, after being detached, will be sutured back in place.
