Permanent depilation

THE TREATMENT

Epilation définitiveFor this treatment, the hairs to be removed must be cut short (excluding down). The surface is coated with a special gel, which guides the laser rays. During the LASER flash procedure, the patient will feel a very slight pain, like the snapping of an elastic band. An anaesthetic cream applied 20 minutes to 1 hour before the treatment makes it virtually painless. A minimum of 3 to 4 sessions at 1-month intervals will be required — as is the case for any LASER treatment — because the successive hair growth cycles need to be destroyed.

The treatment will be applied to the whole area determined during the consultation. This is not a hair-by-hair treatment, but the entire area can be treated at each session. Any hair that may regrow will be destroyed during subsequent sessions.

Face, neck, bikini line, underarms, back, shoulders, arms, plus of course any other hairy parts of the body.

For men wanting to save time shaving, permanent depilation of the neck is of interest: the hairs are often flat and spread irregularly, making it difficult to shave without being injured.
